Imagine a world free of physical and social disabilities in which every person can thrive.

Imagine an accessible, fair and universal world for quality education and health care, for social protection in which physical and mental well-being is ensured.

Imagine a world where there is universal respect for the rights of the person and his dignity, for the rule of law, for justice, equality and against discrimination, where diversity and equal opportunities are respected for the realization total human capacity and for the prosperity of the common good.

Imagine a world that invests in new technologies to remove obstacles to emancipation (legal, social and economic), in which every person can grow far from marginalization.

Imagine a fair, equitable, open and socially inclusive world that meets (also) the needs of the most vulnerable.

Imagine a world where democracy, good governance and the rule of law as well as a favorable environment can be essential for the inclusion and social development of the person with disabilities.

Hour of air: strange deprivation of personal liberty due to the illegality of the State that does not respect the obligation to break down architectural barriers. (Gustavo Fraticelli)

I believe that a person without dreams, without utopias, without ideals would have no reason to exist, just as I believe that many can consider these words the expression of a dream, a utopia or an ideal and therefore scarcely useful to understand how achieve these important goals.

I also believe that the same considerations could apply (also) to our Constitution without this making it useless. Indeed, overcoming cynicism we should be surprised that a declaration in which we speak of “all citizens have equal dignity” was signed by a country in which not only is it not practiced but it is also disavowed.

People who personally live their dreams, their utopias and their ideals cannot help but positively influence a social and political (non-violent) revolution that we need. For this reason, I hope, with all my (humble) strength, to be able to make the dream of the “Giro d’Italia” swim, for an increasingly inclusive Italy “.
